Windows PSD files always open in Autodesk . Download the Remo Repair PSD program on your computer and run the installation. When I try to open a .psd file in Bridge, it opens in After Effects.

If the files still won't open, check the open file behavior settings in the repository. Check the box to always use this application to open this type of file There is a free program on the web called SageHumps (link below) that adds a PSD thumbnail processor to PSD.
